Shev (gram-flour vermicelli) and Chakli (rice-flour spirals) are the heart of any Kolhapuri farsana box. Our Shev is pressed through traditional moulds and fried golden in small batches. Chakli uses a blend of rice flour, urad dal, and sesame — pressed into spirals by hand each morning.
